惑星Nを中心としたスポーツ帝国は巨大な力を持ち、OGという最大の兵器を完成させつつあった。
（The sports empire centered on Planet N had enormous power and was finishing the greatest weapon called OG.）
皇帝Kとその仲間、ダース・Mのフォース、圧倒的な軍事力の前にスケート共和国は滅亡の危機を迎えようとしていた。
（"Emperor K" and its companions, "Darth · M" Force, the Skate Republic was about to overcome the dying crisis before the overwhelming military force.）
スケート共和国の中でも「惑星C」は壊滅的な状態にまで陥っていた。
（"Planet C" has fallen into a devastating state even in the skate republic.）
惑星CはSB大戦の首謀者と思われていたが、惑星Nが仕組んだ出来レースだったのだ。
（"Planet C" was thought to be the mastermind of "SB war", but it was a race made by "Planet N".）
その時、かつて袂を分かった「連邦Ｄ」に同盟を組まないかと誘われる。
（At that time, he is invited to form an alliance with "Federal D" who once knew..）
「連邦Ｄ」もまた、「惑星Clé」を失い新たな「Ｃ」を探していたのだ。
（"Federal D" also lost the "planet Clé" and was looking for a new "C".）
非常に悩んだ惑星Ｃであったが、崩壊を防ぐ為に同盟を締結。
